Fitness and Movement Over 60 – Michael’s Story!

Keeping with our most recent campaign aimed at fitness for the over 60’s, below we have Michael’s story!

Michael came to us as a referral from the Kinesis clinic having suffered excruciating injuries over many years which were hindering his ability to enjoy the pursuits he enjoys such as skiing, orienteering and Gym work.

Michael was working with a local PT when he came to us but was in need of a more detailed and prescriptive approach to improving his mobility, flexibility and his ability to move in a more functional capacity. After performing our standard M.A.S.K. assessment we were able to identify key areas that required attention in order to get Michael moving again whilst being pain free.

Our attention to detail on exercise prescription, personal training and continued assessment were vital to getting Michael back where he wanted to be, and now aged 63, much fitter than he has been for 3 decades.

Michael is not our only client over 60! Many of you may have watched our testimonial video’s from our oldest client, Bill aged 87. In fact, clients aged 60+ are a hugely growing demographic in our beautifully flourishing M.A.S.K. community.

We pride ourselves on continued learning and development at post graduate level so that we are able to help the clients that our competitors simply leave behind.

Right now we have our M.A.S.K. vitality campaign aimed at those aged 60+. The campaign is aged at both Men and Women.

If you or anyone you know could benefit from our services, please put them in touch. Our aim is simply to empower people to become the very best version of themselves through optimum health, fitness and nutritional means.
