Firstly, a HUGE and heartfelt thank you to all of those of you who have contacted me to wish me well, offer encouragement or even donated to my GoFundMe page since I last posted.
All further help is very much appreciated as I have only today created my You Tube channel and begun negotiations with a videographer to document my journey.
I’m totally blown away by the outpouring of Love and generosity thus far! Thank You just doesn’t seem enough.
So, what have I been up to? Well, the below is what I do on a daily basis:
– Consume 64 fluid ounces of organic juice (5Kg carrots, lime, ginger, turmeric, garlic)
– Bounce for 6 x 2 minutes on my mini trampoline to encourage Lymphatic flow (plus my workouts)
– Consume 17 different supplements ranging from Oestrogen blockers to vitamins to boost my immune system and my ability to shrink Lumpy!
– Lie in an infrared sauna blanket on high heat for 45 minutes to detox
– Body brush my entire body to detox
– Walk in nature to de-stress and stay positive
– Meditate for 20 minutes and practice gratitude every day
– Journal everything that I do!
Nothing has changed, in fact my Love for Life and Living is actually stronger than ever.

In addition to this, my husband Marc and I recently attended a 3 day DNALife Certification in London having studied many online modules and units. DNALife is set to revolutionise what we know about our genetics and how they affect us, more importantly how we influence them via nutrition and lifestyle. Early health intervention is a game changer and this truly is the future of personalised preventative medicine.
Since I last wrote I’ve also had my other lumps examined which have all come back as benign, which is a huge relief. There’s just Lumpy to evict now and he currently occupies a 37mm space on my left breast. Thankfully he’s not grown an if anything actually feels smaller than he once did and is now not at all painful how he used to be.
What’s next for me is a trip to the oncologist on Tuesday the 28th March to discuss treatment options. I’m still hopeful that I can avoid the harshness of chemotherapy…fingers crossed.
Life is for living and today my boys spoiled me for Mother’s day with a lovely card and gifts. This evening I will be going to the Pink Floyd Experience in Woking for some live music and fun.
Until next time guys, stay Loving and Awesome!

Vanessa
